Joey Barton says Liverpool ‘played with 10 men’ against Man Utd.

Former midfielder Joey Barton has said Liverpool played with 10 men in Sunday’s 2-2 Premier League draw at Manchester United, slamming Trent Alexander-Arnold for his poor display.

United had suffered four defeats on the bounce prior to their trip to Anfield. But produced a much-improved performance to hold Premier League leaders Liverpool to a 2-2 draw.

Trent has been a hot topic in the media following his disappointing performance and involvement in United’s first goal. With Barton suggesting that having Trent on the pitch made the Reds feel like they were playing with only 10 men.

“Trent’s off to Madrid, his performances aren’t even worth 50p. If Liverpool played with 11 men the whole game they would have won,” Barton said.

“Trent has no presence เล่นเกมคาสิโน UFABET ทันสมัย ฝากถอนง่าย at all. Just being in the starting eleven the entire time he’s on the pitch. Everything Man United has built has come from this side of the game.”

“Conor Bradley did more in the 10 minutes he came on for Trent who had played the whole game – United were better but I think that was because Liverpool were so poor themselves.”

Slot admitt Alexander-Arnold was ‘not at his best’ against Manchester United. But dismiss the suggestion he has ‘distract’ following the bid from Real Madrid.
